Private Party Car Sale, can you delay sales tax due date? (in PA)?
I'm selling my car private party and the guy has just enough money to cover my asking price + license. He doesn't have enough for the taxes though. I thought I remember hearing that you can delay the payment of the sales tax on a private party car purchase
