will a wiring harness from a 1990 dodge dakota work in a 1988 dodge dakota?

the wiring harness under dash in my 1988 dodge dakota is fried and I was curious if a wiring harness from a 1990 dodge dakota will work on my truck? please help me?

These are two totally different wiring systems. They will definatly NOT interchange! Sorry.
