What is this noise coming from my air filter housing?

I recently purchased a 93 toyota pickup with a rebuilt Jasper engine that has a K&N Air filter charger kit. There is a scrubbing noise coming from the air filter housing??? What up?? I have gone onto the K&N site and searched and come up with

typical noise from a cold air intake kit, if you want rid of the noise have a stock airbox put back on the truck.
