new starter, battery, alternator, car still needs to be jumped?

I have a 1996 neon with a SOHC motor. the battery, starter, & alternator have all been replaced (using new parts not junkyard parts) when the key is turns nothing happens. but when the car is jump started it cranks & runs fine. could it be
My suggestion would be solenoid. I once had a similar situation that turned out to be a positive cable that had bad corrosion and wasnt making a good connections anymore. You may want to check the cables too. good luck
