Where can I find the bolt to the accessory belt tensioner for a 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS? (nonturbo)?

Ive looked everywhere. I really dont wanna have to buy the whole $150 pulley, just cuz I snapped 1 bolt. Its the long left handed custom bolt peice. (420a engine) Ive tried Google, local auto parts stores, local hardware stores, & local junk yards
