I am putting a chevy 350cu in my 1991 S10. The engine seems to be out of a 1980 truck or van (according to engine code) and I was wondering if I will need an aftermarket oil pan for the conversion. From what I've seen, Summit and Jegs have one but it
I put a 350 in a 1988 and the oil pan wiill hit the front drive axle pumpkin. I don't know your motor mounts but if mine were a half inch higher the oil pan would be fine. What trans are you using? The 350 auto is the best way to go. Write to me I still
