why does my mazda 1987 b2000 truck vibrates or bouces?

when going down the high way when i go about 50 mph the truck vibrates or bounces and i parked it in my drive way and i reved the truck up to 1500 rpms and let it drop down 2 1000 rpms and it shakes its a 1987 mazda b2000 with a mazda b2200 engine.
