How successful are Honda Wheel locks?

I had honda wheel locks put on my 07 Fit after all 4 tires/rims were stolen overnight. Is the key that came w/the locks unique, or can anyone purchase a set of wheel locks & obtain the key?

I know you can buy replacement keys very easily, so that makes me believe that a lot of people have the same key, making stealing wheels easy. Sometimes it's better to buy an aftermarket wheel lock set.
